Welcome to 4th Grade! I am delighted to have the opportunity to teach and learn with your amazing students at St. Peter’s Catholic School. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mrs. Shannon Ronald.  I am a transplant to the Columbia, South Carolina area, and while this is only my third year as an educator at St. Peter’s, it is my seventeenth year in the classroom. I obtained both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Education, and I love teaching a variety of different subjects.  

It is my goal each year to offer my students an exemplary education in an environment that nurtures wonder and curiosity as well as spiritual well being, and  I am looking forward to exploring new ideas with every child in my class. Together we will explore critical thinking skills and the many different ways in which we all learn. Most essentially, all of this growth and learning will aid in the development of our spiritual lives in a Catholic environment. I am wholeheartedly looking forward to working with you and your child this year.
